1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of order confirmation, as most products are handcrafted to order. You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed, and a shipping notification once it is dispatched.

3. Delivery Timelines

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link/number via email or SMS to track your shipment.

6. Payment

All orders must be prepaid at checkout via the payment options available on the website (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets). We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

7. Undelivered/Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
